EU Legal Guarantee (GARAN) 

Consumers located in the European Union benefit from a two-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Consumers in the EU benefit from a two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the sales contract, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

If a product is faulty or does not work as advertised, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
